The form on this site collects four things, your name, your type of business, how many outlets you run and your WhatsApp number, so that we can reply to you about your enquiry. Your IP address is stored as a one-way hash rather than as an address, and it is used only to rate-limit the form.

If the chat assistant is switched on, the messages you type in it are sent to an AI service (OpenRouter and the model provider it uses) so that an answer can be written. FRZ Solutions does not store the conversation on its own server; it stays in your browser tab until you close it. Please do not put sensitive details in the chat. If you send an enquiry from inside the chat, it asks for the same details as the contact form and is handled in the same way.
